Can I pick up the car at the airport?

Yes. We offer pick-up and drop-off service at the airport and in the city, depending on the destination.

Is mileage unlimited?

Yes, all our rentals include unlimited mileage.

What happens if I need roadside assistance?

We provide roadside assistance throughout your rental, 24/7.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We have economy, compact, mid-size, SUVs, vans, and luxury vehicles.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes, you can easily request an extension by phone or WhatsApp, subject to availability.

Can I rent a vehicle by the hour?

Yes, it is possible to rent a vehicle by the hour; however, please note that the charge will be for a full day, as our rates are calculated based on a 24-hour rental period.

How long do I have to pick up my vehicle after my reservation time?

We honor reservations for up to two hours after the scheduled time. After that, service is subject to vehicle availability. During high season, the tolerance time is one hour due to high demand.

How much time in advance should I return the vehicle before my flight?

We recommend: For DOMESTIC FLIGHTS: 1.5 hours in advance. For INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS: 2.5 hours in advance.
